Polypipe-backed British jet skier makes his first big splash in the US

Brad Rickaby, the Doncaster based Champion jet ski racer, backed by Polypipe, has enjoyed his first competitive excursion to the United States. Taking on the world’s best at the World Finals in Lake Havusu City in Arizona, Brad achieved a Top 10 finish during a weekend of high octane racing that saw him flirt with the top spot and survive finishing in a bottom place.
Brad has achieved a lot during his first full year representing Budapest-based Kazsa racing team, finishing an impressive 7th place overall in Arizona, despite the tech and power advantages of his competitors. He now has his sights set on qualifying for competitions in the UAE due to start in January 2017.
Brad comments: “It was an amazing experience, and a roller coaster weekend as we were competing with the big boys of the international scene, but to finish 7th overall is very positive and shows me what we can do if we are able to add more power to our set up during the winter. Thanks to Polypipe for their continued support, I have enjoyed flying the flag for them in 2016!”
