Several members of the Polypipe Technical office are to attempt the SimplyHealth Great North Run later this year to try and raise funds for charity.
The 13.1 mile route from Newcastle’s city centre to the coast in South Shields will take place on Sunday 8th September and will be broadcast live on the BBC.
The team, dubbed as ‘The Polypipe Wolfpack’, is made up of:
Dean Asher – Head of Technical & Customer Service
Gemma Byrne – Project Consultant, Underfloor Heating
Gavin Stubbs – Senior Project Estimator
Sam Howcroft – Underfloor Heating Sales Support
Matthew Stubbings – Underfloor Heating Design Technician
They will be running to raise funds for Help for Heroes, which is the official charity partner of Polypipe Building Products, with two of the team also raising funds for their chosen charities, MIND and The British Heart Foundation.
If you could spare any funds and want to support the Polypipe Wolf Pack and these fantastic charities, please check out their Team Fundraising page over on Just Giving.
