New Traps Range launched at Installer 2018

The 8th to the 10th of May saw Polypipe Building Products travelling to Coventry for Installer 2018. The stand was our first opportunity to showcase our new and improved range of waste traps, including our Help for Heroes endorsed product. For every sale of our WP46 bottle trap, Polypipe Building Products donates 10% of its sale price to the charity.

The Polypipe stand was situated in the Installer Works section of the show, offering plumbers the chance to get hands on with our new traps range. The workbench allowed plumbers to see our new Fit-Rite technology in action, making secure pipe insertion quick and easy in cramped spaces.

Our new and improved range is also the only waste range to offer BioCote technology. BioCote provides lasting and effective protection against harmful bacteria, mould, fungi and viruses by up to 99.99%. In doing so, this significantly minimises the build-up of bio-film, reducing unpleasant odours and blockages in waste systems.

What's more, Polypipe offers the only traps range in the UK that carries a Kitemark - a rigorous certification which requires continuous testing to ensure our products meet the highest possible quality standards.

The event also offered us the chance to bring our Live Life to the Max, with PolyMax, promotion to the shows visitors. Max himself presided over some challenges with attendees competing in press-up challenges, thumb wars and hop offs!

We also had some fun with the installers encouraging them to install a pipe work circuit in PolyMax and have the fastest time a prize each day."
