Many of our products, including Ridgidrain 100-600mm surface water drainage pipes, RIDGISTORMSeparate Catchpits, UTX (under track crossing) Chambers and our Ridgiduct and Ridgicoil cable protection systems, carry Network Rail Parts and Drawing Systems (PADS) approval for their intended application they are also Link-Up approved.

Ridgitrack is an extension to the popular Ridgidrain surface water drainage piping system, and has been specifically designed for rail applications. It is approved for use within London Underground, and is available in sizes 150 - 600mm, plain ended or integrally socketed. Ridgitrack can be supplied perforated, half perforated or un-perforated where a sealed system is required, and is complemented by a range of bends and junctions.

Our RIDGISTORMSeparate Catchpits and UTX Chambers are engineered to consider project specific requirements. Being pre-fabricated and delivered to site as a one-piece solution not only reduces the cost of works by reducing downtime, it also minimises engineering team’s trackside time.

Polypipe products are manufactured from high strength polymers. They are much lighter weight, up to 94% lighter in weight than equivalent concrete systems, meaning smaller teams and lighter plant can be used to complete projects more quickly. Health and Safety is also enhanced by working with Polypipe’s engineered plastics. Once in place, innovations such as integral socket joints for easy pipe alignment, allows longer lengths of drainage pipe to be joined and sealed quickly and efficiently.
